To move sent messages to local folder for PC users:

MS Outlook:

1. Make a Sent Folder under your Local or Personal Folders by right clicking on the Local or Personal Folders, choose New Folder.
2. Click on either Sent or Sent Items (depending on which folder you Outlook use).
3. Click on and highlight the first message.
4. Hold down the Shift key.
5. Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
6. Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local or Personal Folders.

Outlook Express:

1. Click on Sent Items.
2. Click on and highlight the first message.
3. Hold down the Shift key.
4. Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
5. Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local Folders.

Netscape Messenger:

1. Click on Sent Items.
2. Click on and highlight the first message.
3. Hold down the Shift key.
4. Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
5. Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local Folders.

Entourage:

1. Click on either Sent or Sent Items (depending on which folder you Outlook use).

5. Without releasing the mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder.

Mail:

1. Click on the + at the bottom of the folder list to create a new mailbox.
2. Make sure the folder location is On My Mac.
3. Name the folder Sent and click OK.
4. Click on and highlight the first message.
5. Hold down the Shift key.
6. Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
7. Without releasing the mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder.
