To move sent messages to local folder for PC users:
MS Outlook:
- Make a Sent Folder under your Local or Personal Folders by right clicking on the Local or Personal Folders, choose New Folder.
- Click on either Sent or Sent Items (depending on which folder you Outlook use).
- Click on and highlight the first message.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
- Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local or Personal Folders.
Outlook Express:
- Click on Sent Items.
- Click on and highlight the first message.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
- Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local Folders.
Netscape Messenger:
- Click on Sent Items.
- Click on and highlight the first message.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
- Without releasing the left mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder in your Local Folders.

Entourage:
- Click on either Sent or Sent Items (depending on which folder you Outlook use).
- Click on and highlight the first message.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
- Without releasing the mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder.
Mail:
- Click on the + at the bottom of the folder list to create a new mailbox.
- Make sure the folder location is On My Mac.
- Name the folder Sent and click OK.
- Click on and highlight the first message.
- Hold down the Shift key.
- Click on the last message. (You will see all of the messages being highlighted)
- Without releasing the mouse button, drag and drop all of the highlighted messages into to your Sent folder.
