What are IRCs?
I.R.C. - (Internet Relay Chat) is a utility to enable communication between two or more persons over the internet via the keyboard. There are several methods of running IRCs. One method is to run them on the host system, another is running them from your personal computer. The Information Technology Department does not allow the use of IRC programs on its host server . We are also unable to support the use of these programs on personal computers.
